Most of these Microgreens belong to the same plant family. Clover or trefoil are common names for plants of the genus Trifolium, consisting of about 300 species of flowering plants in the legume or pea family Fabaceae originating in Europe.

Broccoli and Kale: have a mild taste of the adult plant but are sweeter and slightly earthy.
Kohlrabi (BRASSICA OLERACEA GONGYLODES) Flavor:Crunchy and mild cabbage flavor. These vibrant microgreens with its purple-rose stem and dark green leaves are nothing but a luscious nutrition bomb to your next dish.It originated in Europe and is quite young compared to some other microgreens. It’s said it was developed in northern Europe not long before the 16th century and later entered into American society.
